Here's the email we've just sent out, in case anyone missed it.
Hello Archers,
Our session times for week 10 of this term will be slightly different. They
will be Tuesday 1-3pm and Thursday 1-3pm. There will be no session on
Saturday of week 10.
---
As this term draws to a close, I also wanted to give you a few details
about what will be happening next term.
As it will be summer, and the weather will be lovely (?) we will be
shooting outdoors from the start of next term. Our outdoor range is located
behind Alcuin College, and directions can be found on the messageboard
here:

Oh, and if you aren't yet a member of the forum, sign up!
The outdoor sessions will be slightly different to our indoor ones, with
just two a week, on Wednesdays 1.30 - 3.30 and Saturdays 11 - 2. These
sessions will of course be weather-dependent. If it is raining heavily,
then there probably won't be anyone there.
In addition, the people who have range keys may well be shooting at other
times. If this is the case, then they will post on the messageboard saying
when they intend to shoot, and if you want to join them, then reply to
their thread and let them know, and then come along.
Also, if any non-keyholders especially want a session at a given time, then
just start a new thread requesting that time, and hopefully a keyholder
will agree to come along and open up the range for you.
---
Now, on to the really important stuff.
Sunday 10th May (end of week 2) is the archery match for Roses. As you
know, this is a really important competition, as there's a lot of pride at
stake between us and Lancaster. They're pretty good this year, so we need
lots of people to come and shoot for us.
The competition will involve shooting over much longer distances than we do
indoors, so those of you who haven't done it before will need some
practice. There will be sessions in those first two weeks of next term, and
there will probably be keyholders around in York for much of the Easter
holiday, so keep your eyes on the messageboard for news of extra sessions.
I think that's about it, really.
Have a good Easter!
Ed
