I hear a beginners draw length increases after they start archery. So how long does it take for the draw length to stabilise?

The draw length tends to increase slightly as aspects of the archers form improve, for instance bow arm, setting shoulders correctly and so on. Obviously changes in reference point have an effect as well. When it 'stabilises' really depends on the archer themselves, how quickly they develop good form and the improvements they make on it.

As Andrew says, it depends on the archer. Some people's draw length stabilizes in a matter of weeks, others can take years. The best way to check is to get a coach to work with you for a couple of weeks, they'll be able to tell if you are getting in-line, and extending the bow shoulder properly.
Generally you expect this to happen so buy a slightly longer than needed arrow to begin with - once the draw does stabilise, you can get the arrows cut down to a better length.
