I'm Georgie and I also left last year, and I miss York and am too busy to shoot :-(
Will hopefully come up and see people during the year and may even bring Betty (my bow) with me.
Katherine likes to quote me, because she's silly

I'm Beckie, I left Uni some time ago ... no comment ... and now work at the Grand Opera House in town doing a variety of things but mostly marketing. I like archery, fencing, baking and fun things like that. I don't like panto (with an ever increasing passion). I have a pink quiver and the most pimped arrows ever - probably the easiest way to spot me

I'm Aaron, a third year chemist who somehow manages to come to archery (unlike historians who have a whopping three hours contact time, I have a pretty full week ) I mainly enjoy lazing around and drinking, oh yeah and archery... Dislikes... meh...

'Allo! I'm Raph, though you might see my name written down as James, I'm not really known by that name now due to the sheer volume of "James"s in existence. (Raph, short for Raphael, which is what I would've been called by my birth mum had I not been adopted. My adopted parents were clearly lacking in the imagination area... ) Some of you may've seen me on Saturday, I was the only newbie who hung around... I have a tendency to do that. Though, given I'm a fourth year chemist I suppose I don't do the nervous thing that much any more. (I technically have about 3-4 contact hours a week this term, but then I do have an 80-credit research project to be getting on with...) Interests, eh? Films (Treasurer of YSC), SF&F stuff (former Secretary of SF&F), comparative religions (former President/Secretary of PaganSoc), Japanese language/culture, LiveJournal (support volunteer), shiny/pretty things. Oh, and Archery, I guess! There's loads more of course, but meh. I'm on Live Messenger as mongreldracomancer(at)gmail(dot)com and LiveJournal as raphaelcentauri, if anybody cares.

Don't worry, it's not being good you need to worry about yet, just listen to your teachers - they're super cool!!! Incidentally, at sessions feel free to talk to us. I will almost certainly insult you, but don't let that put you off, it's how I communicate...

hello, I'm Jenny, the inconveniently left-handed n00b. I'm studying ComSci at the moment, and have never done archery until this year, despite having been at york 4 full years already! I like being lazy, making clothes and bothering my pet hamster.
I think that's basically it really...

I am feared by both Shirt *and* Rosie! I find that hard to believe. In fact, I'm not even sure who you are. Edit: Although looking at the old posts, I have a terrible suspicion I ought to...

It's Mick. I'm not sure I was ever afraid of him... more like "Oh, God, what doesn't he like the look of this time..."

I'd just like to add at this point that there are few people in the archery club who do not fear me when they have a plate of food and I am hungry. Except maybe Tim. He's pretty handy with a fork. Although I did steal most of his bread and marmalade yesterday.
Mwahahaha.

I know you've probably all noticed it before but I'm bored/procrastinating/speshal. I found the Introductions 06 thread and was just about to comment about how lazy Tim was when I discovered this: Smug in Introductions 06Go on, introduce yourselves - tell us a little bit about you, what you like/dislike, and how we can tell who you are in real life Andrew in Introductions 07Go on, introduce yourselves - tell us a little bit about you, what you like/dislike, and how we can tell who you are in real life. So what I'm really wondering is, how does this work out on the man-points scale? Obviously I'm not enough of a connoisseur about it to comment authoritatively but I'd say minus man-points for lack of creativity?

There is actually a case for a plus man point for laziness and sheer 'I don't give a s**t'-ness.
